Instead, the biggest reward we get for our hard work during the year is the satisfaction we get from seeing our students achieve success with their new college teams.
With all that said, it is always heartening and very satisfying when a US Coach takes the time to express his thanks for helping him recruit a student athlete who makes a real difference to his team.
We recieved this email from Coach Heberling at Tri County Community College in Pendleton, South Carolina on the 9th of September. In his email, Coach Heberling talks about our student David Mitchell who has been named as captain of his new team. Coach Heberling also talks about the importance of finding trustworthy people in the recruitment industry.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for identifying and placing the type of student athletes that US Coaches will love to have. This can only be done by recruiting small numbers and really getting to know our students.
We think that Coach Heberling sums this up perfectly in his email below:

David,
I am interested in working with you more. I appreciate your honesty and humbleness towards your athletes. Unlike other recruiting agencies who tell you their players are all "the greatest" and it is a big dissapointment when they arrive, you have succeeded in gaining my trust through the recruiting process.
David Mitchell is an extremely hard-working, no-nonsense player, who really enjoys the game. The players respect him and he is a true leader. David has played remarkable in the backline and has gotten a lot of respect and admiration from his teammates.
I appreciate you sending him my way and look forward to working with you in the future on bringing players over to play.
Thanks again,
Ed Heberling
