Facebook is one of the many ways College Sport USA supports those who have come through our program. We simply don’t see the point in delivering athletes to coaches across the United States without supporting them through their student athlete careers.
With the news of a possible conference title, Matt Kenton speaks briefly with Adam Hay (College Sport USA Head of Soccer - England) about his latest on field performance and classroom success.
Mathew Kenton - Good result Grandview roll on the conference tournament, kick on championaaayyyyyyssss!!
Adam Hay - Nice one Matt! You put in a good performance?
Mathew Kenton - Yeah it was good I played all but the last 8 minutes of first half so was good to get a whole game. I was happy with the way I played there is always more to come, but it was a good performance.
Adam Hay - I am glad to hear you played well. It is great for you to be part of a successful season in your first year. It will give you a valuable insight into what can be achieved each season if you work hard as an individual and collectively as team. I am really pleased for you. How is everything with the studies and general life around campus? Let me know. Adam
Mathew Kenton - Studies are going great guns, lowest grade so far is 92%. I am taking 18 credits next semester so going to get harder but I’m not too worried. My spending money is ok, not the hub of the world but its sufficiently fun.
Adam Hay - I glad to hear it Matt. Taking extra credits in your second year is a good idea and will shape things up nicely for your last year especially. I am looking forward to catching up with you when you are back in the UK for Christmas. Take some time to sit down with your family as well if at all possible.
