Wayne Simpson, a goalkeeper from Hertfordshire, England will be heading for Alabama after his University of Science & Arts team defeated the University of Texas at Brownsville by 3-0.
He will be joined by Matthew Kenton of Grandview University in Iowa. Matthew hails from Sussex and up until this season was a star performer for Crowborough Town FC. His new team mates have been enjoying one of the finest seasons in the programs history under the expert guidance of veteran coach Blair Reid. They defeated Xavier of Illinois by 1-0 in Overtime with Kenton playing a pivotal role in the match.
The College Sport USA contingent will be completed by Elliot Kelly & Jan Skorupinski who are members of the No.2 Ranked team in the Nation, Notre Dame College Falcons of Ohio.
Both Jan, a native of Germany & Elliot of East Sussex have enjoyed an incredible first season in the United States. The NDC Falcons have won every game they have competed in this season and head to Alabama on the back of a resounding 5-0 victory over Davenport of Michigan.
In an almost incredible twist of fate, both Elliot Kelly and Matt Kenton played in the same Crowborough Athletic Team last season. They will both be hoping to complete an extraordinary first season in the States by lining up against each other in the National Final on December 4th.
The lads and their teams will be joined by the following universities at the National Tournament:

Great Falls University (Montana)
Hastings College (Nebraska)
