David hails from South Africa and arrives at MSU hot on the heels of an exciting summer of World Cup football. The inspiration the World Cup brought to the people of South Africa has allowd this soccer crazy nation to put itself on the world map, and David Preston hopes to enhance the growing reputation of Bafana Bafana by becoming a major player with the MSU Cougars this coming fall.
David's season kicks-off on the 1st of September against Emory University. He has been training hard in his native South Africa prior to flying out to the States to take his fitness tests and is in the best shape of his life at the moment.
