Notre Dame College are currently finishing off their pre-season campaign by taking part in the Rio Grande University Tournament. They were able to field a team packed with newcomers and the freshmen players did not let them down.
Coach "Mac" MacBride was naturally delighted with the performance of his new players in the team and said in his post match interview -
"Prior to the game, Coach Nolan and I made a committment to give some new players to our program some valuable college experience in the Rio Grande Tournament. We were pleased with what they managed to produce."
Notre Dame will hope for similar performance and scoreline when they play Grace Univeristy from Indiana later on today.
